1) The lottery is organised by Kolumbs Travel Agency, registration No. 40003404807, registered address – Elizabetes street 65-16, Riga, LV-1050
2) The lottery will take place in the territory of the Republic of Latvia
3) The lottery will start on 01 august 2018 and will end on 02 October 2018.
4) Prize fund – two flight tickers to Portugal with Lufthansa. Travel date: 09.04.-16.04.2019, 214.39 EUR each. Total value – 428.78 EUR.
5) there is 1 prize, 50 reservations are made within the period on the portal on average, so chances are 1 to 50.
6) participants of the lottery will be customers, who in the period from 01.08.2018 – 30.09.2018 will have booked and paid for a flight ticket by Lufthansa or Lufthansa Group owned by it – Swiss, Austrian Airlines, Eurowings, Brussels Airlines, SunExpress, on the online booking website of Kolumbs Travel Agency www.letasaviobiletes.lv and will have paid for the purchase with a credit card, by transfer or in offices of Kolumbs Travel Agency: Elizabetes street 65-16, Riga, Lielirbes street 29, Riga, Brīvības gatve 372, Riga. The information necessary for participation in the lottery about the purchase type, date, sum, first name, last name and contact information and e-mail of participants is entered during reservation of a flight.
7) Expenses of the participant of the lottery related to participation in the lottery are the participant’s expenses on the flight ticket.
8) A flight ticket is a document certifying participation in the lottery. The ticket should be purchased and fully paid from 01 August to 30 September 2018.
9) All the tickets will be collected, which were booked and paid in the period from 01 August to 30 September 2018, in presence of the Sales manager of the travel agency Evija Rāviņa, on 02 October 2018 at 10.00, at Elizabetes street 65-16, on floor 6, without seeing personal data of the ticket owner, two flight tickets to Portugal will be raffled out, which will be received by the winner electronically to the e-mail indicated by the winner.
10) the winner of the lottery will be informed about the price by phone and e-mail, as well as the information will be published on Facebook.com and on Letasaviobiletes.lv. The winner will be informed no later than by 02 October 2018.
11) The winner will be able to receive the prize electronically to the e-mail indicated by the winner, this will not inflict additional expenses
12) it will be possible to apply for and receive the prize until 23 October 2018 by calling to 67199281
13) In case of claims, those should be submitted to Kolumbs Travel Agency Ltd, Elizabetes street 65-16, Riga, LV-1050, within 24 months of the end of the lottery, claims will be reviewed within 10 working days pursuant to the law.
